By renting from Elizabeth An’Marie Studios, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Rental Period & Returns: All rentals are for a specified period. Late returns may result in additional fees. Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
2. Care & Responsibility: Renters are responsible for keeping items clean and damage-free. Any stains, tears, or significant wear beyond normal use may result in repair or replacement fees.
3. Payments: Full payment must be made before or upon pickup.
4. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. No refunds for last-minute cancellations or no-shows.
5. Liability: Elizabeth An’Marie Studios is not responsible for any allergic reactions, accidents, or damages that occur while using rented items.
