Digital Patterns
How your pattern is delivered
Our patterns are entirely digital — nothing is posted or packaged. Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your private Notion link, usually within a few minutes.
There is no waiting, no shipping cost, and no risk of a parcel going missing. Your pattern is available to you anywhere in the world, the moment you purchase.
If your confirmation email hasn't arrived within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it's still not there, get in touch and we'll sort it straight away.
Your timed access link
Your pattern link is active for the access period you selected at checkout — 30, 60, or 90 days from the date of purchase. Once that period ends, the link will expire automatically.
We encourage you to choose a period that gives you enough time to knit at a pace you enjoy. If your link expires before you've finished and you have extenuating circumstances, please reach out — we will always do our best to help.
Returns & refunds for digital patterns
Because digital patterns are delivered instantly and cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, we are generally unable to offer refunds once your link has been accessed.
That said, we will always work with you if something isn't right. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if any of the following apply:
- Your link was never delivered or failed to activate.
- The pattern contains a significant error that prevents you from completing the project.
- The product was materially different from how it was described on the website.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, selecting the wrong access tier, or general knitting difficulties — but remember, personal support is included with every purchase, so please reach out before giving up.

What's in a kit
Each Elizabeth An'Marie kit will be carefully assembled by hand in our London studio. It will include everything you need to complete the project — the yarn, any required notions or materials, and access to the matching digital pattern via your private Notion link.
The full contents of each kit will be listed clearly on the product page before you purchase, so you always know exactly what you're getting.
Where we ship
We plan to ship kits worldwide from our London studio. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your order — no surprises.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY BY ZONE
- United Kingdom: 2–4 business days, Standard tracked delivery
- Europe: 5–10 business days, Customs delays may apply post-Brexit
- USA & Canada: 7–14 business days, Customs delays may apply
- Australia & NZ: 10–18 business days, Varies by destination
- Rest of World: 10–21 business days. Please allow extra time
All times are estimates and may be affected by postal delays, customs processing, or busy seasonal periods. We will always dispatch as promptly as we can.
Processing & dispatch
Once your order is confirmed, we aim to dispatch your kit within 3–5 business days. Each kit is assembled by hand in our London studio, so we ask for a little time to prepare it properly.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details once your kit is on its way. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or UK public holidays.
Customs, duties & taxes
For orders outside the United Kingdom, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling charges applied by your country's customs authority. These charges are not included in the price at checkout and are the customer's responsibility to pay.
We are not able to predict or cover these costs. If you are unsure what charges may apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
Returns for physical kits
CHANGED YOUR MIND?
If you change your mind after receiving your kit, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it is unused, unopened, and in its original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can guide you through the process.
Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on their way back to us.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your kit arrives damaged, with items missing, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description and a photo if possible. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as we can — entirely at our cost.

PLEASE NOTE
- Yarn and fibre that has been wound, unwrapped, or used cannot be returned for hygiene and quality reasons.
- Digital pattern access included in a kit follows our digital refund policy and is non-refundable once the link has been accessed.
- We are unable to accept returns on sale or discounted items unless they are faulty.
Refunds for physical kits
Once a return has been received and inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund has been issued.
Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
Lost or delayed parcels
If your kit hasn't arrived within the estimated window, please first check your tracking link and any customs notifications from your local postal service. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed beyond the estimate, contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
We will always do our best to resolve delivery issues fairly and as quickly as possible.
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel an order for physical goods within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. This right does not apply to digital products that have been accessed, or to unsealed goods that are unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds.
