Our patterns are digital products delivered via a private, timed-access link hosted on Notion. No physical product is sent. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your unique link.

Each pattern includes:

• Full written knitting machine instructions
• A materials and yarn list
• Gauge and tension information
• Built-in mini video tutorials for key techniques
• Access to our free community
• Personal support from Elizabeth An'Marie throughout your access period

We intend to offer physical kits in the future, bundling curated yarn and materials with pattern access. Separate terms regarding shipping, returns, and delivery will apply to physical products and will be published when kits become available.

Our digital patterns are sold with timed access. At the point of purchase, you choose one of the following access periods: 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.

Your access period begins on the date of purchase. After your chosen period expires, your Notion link will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to view the pattern. This system is in place to protect our intellectual property while keeping our patterns fairly priced.

We encourage you to choose the access tier that gives you enough time to complete your project comfortably. If your link expires before you finish and you have extenuating circumstances, please contact us — we will always try to help on a case-by-case basis.

Your access link is personal and non-transferable. You may not share, forward, or distribute your link to any third party.

Patterns are hosted on Notion, a third-party platform. By accessing your pattern, you acknowledge that:

• Notion is a separate service with its own terms of use and privacy policy.
• Elizabeth An'Marie is not responsible for any disruption, downtime, or changes to the Notion platform.
• You do not need a paid Notion account to access your pattern.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing Notion, please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

All patterns, content, video tutorials, written instructions, imagery, and branding associated with Elizabeth An'Marie are our intellectual property and are protected by copyright law.

When you purchase a pattern, you are purchasing a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that pattern for personal, non-commercial use onlyduring your chosen access period.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, screenshot, or save the pattern content beyond what is necessary for personal use.
• Share, forward, or distribute your access link or pattern content with any other person.
• Sell, resell, or use our patterns for commercial production of items for sale.
• Publish, broadcast, or upload our pattern content to any website, social media platform, or community without our written permission.

If you are unsure whether your intended use is permitted, please get in touch before purchasing.

All prices are displayed in British Pounds (£ GBP). If you are purchasing from outside the UK, your bank or payment provider will apply their own exchange rate.

Payments are processed securely via our payment provider. We do not store your card details. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and you have received your confirmation email.

Because our patterns are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, we are generally unable to offer refunds once your Notion link has been accessed.

However, we genuinely care about your experience. If you believe there is a fault with your pattern — such as an error in the instructions, a technical problem with your link, or a significant discrepancy between what was described and what was delivered — please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.

Refunds or replacements will be considered where:

• Your link was never delivered or failed to activate.
• The pattern contains a significant error that prevents you from completing the project.
• The pattern was materially misdescribed on our website.

We do not offer refunds on the basis of a change of mind, purchasing the wrong tier, or difficulty completing the project where full support has been made available.

All pattern purchases include access to our free community and personal support from Elizabeth An'Marie. This is offered in good faith as part of our commitment to helping every customer succeed with their project.

We ask that all community members engage respectfully and kindly with one another. We reserve the right to remove anyone from the community who behaves in a harmful, abusive, or disruptive manner, without refund.

While we aim to respond to support queries promptly, we cannot guarantee specific response times. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Elizabeth An'Marie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our patterns or website, including but not limited to: loss of materials, unsatisfactory project outcomes, or inability to access your pattern due to third-party platform issues.

Our total liability to you in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

We take your privacy seriously. The personal information you provide when making a purchase (such as your name and email address) will only be used to process your order, deliver your pattern link, and communicate with you about your purchase.

We will not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. For full details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be published on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Changes will not affect any order already confirmed prior to the update.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
