DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY

Yes, we do! Please understand that international orders may take up to 3-4 week to arrive after shipping due to customs inspections or other delays outside of Elizabeth An'Marie control. With every order in the UK or international, tracking is always available.

But some tracking services may stop once the package has left United Kingdom. Elizabeth An'Marie STRONGLY recommends using the best service for all orders, with tracking information to be available for our customers from start to finish

Please note that duties, taxes, and customs fees will not be covered by us.

HOW WILL I KNOW WHEN MY ORDER SHIPS?

We will send you an email including your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?

All of our products ships directly from our studio in London, UK.

CAN I CHANGE MY ADDRESS DETAILS?  HOW TO CHANGE MY PRESONAL INFORMATION?

Yes, you can change any important information about yourself by just sending us an email (info.elizabethanmarie@gmail.com) stating your order number/ name in the subject tab of your email. If I have not yet shipped out your order, you will still be able to send your updated address.

Elizabeth An'Marie strives to maintain secure servers and networks for our clients. Elizabeth An'Marie is maintained with routine security sweeps, firewalls, and anti-virus systems.

ORDERING

WHEN WILL MY ITEMS SHIP?

Because all our knits is made to order, Please allow up to 4 week for your order to be made and shipped off to you. Some pieces can take 1-2 week to be made and shipped out. It all depends on the order.

HOW FAST ARE ORDERS PROCESSED?

We ask that you allow 2-4 weeks for most orders to be processed. Please note that all of our pieces are made-to-order and require additional time. Once it is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with all of your tracking and shipping info!

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

Firstly thank you so much for supporting Elizabeth An’Marie. As you know each and every garment are made to order, I am happy to accept a return of your items, only if unworn with original tags and send back in the original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. All within 21 days of receiving the parcel. If the 21 days has gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot accept items outside of this return window. If items are received that have their tags removed, appear visibly worn or are returned outside of the return window, you will need to arrange these to be sent back to you at your own cost. 

Customers are also responsible for covering the cost of return shipments and coordinating the return with their local courier. We highly recommend using a tracked service such as Royal Mail Tracked or any tracked courier suits you best. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit and we advise you to obtain proof of postage and a tracking number. 

- Please be aware before you consider ordering a knit or seamstress garment on SALE we DO NOT offer returns or exchanges

- We are also unable to exchange Custom orders so please message us if you need more details before ordering.

Shipping costs 

Unfortunately, all shipping costs cannot be refunded.

For international orders, you will be responsible for import duties and taxes on your order depending on the country in which you reside. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or delays and cannot predict what they may be. 

Elizabeth An’Marie is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If your package has been lost or damaged, please contact the carrier.

So please before you buy visit the sizing guide page to make sure you match yourself to your correct size or you can leave your own measurements in the notes when you checkout.
