When will my item ship?
Because all our knits are 'made to order', I cannot guarantee exact shipping dates. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for your order to be made and shipped off to you. Tracking info included.
Can I change my address details? How to change my personal information?
Yes, you can change any important information about yourself by just sending us an email (info.elizabethanmarie@gmail.com) stating your order number/ name in the subject tab of your email.

All shipment is made using Royal Mail Tracked.
Shipping fees & estimated shipping time (after our handmade to order production time):
UK: £3.99 - 1 to 2 working days
Republic of Ireland: £15 - 2 to 5 working days
USA & Europe: £20 - 2 to 5 working days
Rest of the World: £25 - 2 to 5 working days

Order tracking
All taxes and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer. Please be aware of your countries policy on this.
After every Fufillment you’ll recvieve your tracking number, via Royal Mail services.
If your knit has had an unsuccessful attempt at delivery, and for some reason it is returned to us, please keep in mind that there will be a redelivery charge at the buyers expense.
